Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as social media marketer

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Profile Introduction:
Profile Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to join relevant conversations.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Utilize paid advertising on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and public relations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- **Stay Compliant**:

- Stay informed about social media platform policies and ensure all content adheres to guidelines and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
