**Responsibilities**:

- Source and screen resumes from various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Manage the hiring process including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior team members to develop recruitment strategies and meet hiring goals
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Additional Qualifications (preferred):

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Familiarity with social media recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
