**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conceptual Design & Visualisation**:

- Develop compelling and technically feasible 3D designs for a wide range of event structures, including **stages, exhibition stalls/booths, temporary structures (tents/marquees), branded event zones, and other experiential installations.**:

- Create high-quality, photo-realistic renderings and walk-through animations that clearly communicate the design intent, material finishes, lighting, and spatial layout.
- **Design Development & Documentation**:

- Work closely with the event management and production teams to ensure designs adhere to project requirements, budget constraints, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, measurement plans, and material specifications required for fabrication and execution.
- **Collaboration & Presentation**:

- Effectively present and articulate design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback efficiently into revised designs.
- Maintain an organised library of 3D models, textures, and assets.

**Required Skills & QualificationsExperience**:

- **1-2 years of professional experience** as a 3D Designer, Visualiser, or similar role, specifically within the **Events, Exhibition, or Experiential Marketing industry.**

**Technical Skills (Software Proficiency)**:

- **Primary 3D Modeling/Rendering**:3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D** (with V-Ray or other photo-realistic renderers).
- **CAD/Technical Drawing**:AutoCAD** for precise layout and technical specifications.
- **2D Graphics**:Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production, texture creation, and presentation layouts.

**Design & Soft Skills**:

- Proven ability to design for a variety of scales, from small **booths (bhoots)** to large-scale **stage sets and exhibition halls.**:

- Strong understanding of spatial planning, material properties, lighting design (event lighting is a plus), and fabrication processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality visuals.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
