**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain the office premises, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management.
- Ensure the cleanliness of restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as paper, pens, and other necessary items.
- **Administrative Assistance**:

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.
- Distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence to the appropriate staff members.
- Run errands, such as banking, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
- **Hospitality**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Set up meeting rooms for conferences, ensuring they are tidy and well-organized.
- Assist with catering arrangements during office events and meetings.
- **Support to Staff**:

- Assist in organizing and setting up workstations for new employees.
- Provide support in moving office furniture or equipment when needed.
- Assist in managing office inventory and reporting any shortages or damage.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or other senior staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
