We are seeking a **Receptionist** to join our team and handle a range of front-desk and administrative responsibilities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth communication within the organization.
**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 (in-hand)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Professionally answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations when required.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum qualification - above 10th standard.
- **Experience**: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and presentable demeanor.
- **Language**: Fluency in **Kannada and English** is mandatory.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
