Job Position -2 - Non IT Recruiter

Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and align the recruitment process accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in non-IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT sectors such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Services, Retail, etc.
- Proven track record of successful hiring for non-IT positions across various industries.
- Strong understanding of non-IT industries, their job roles, and the required qualifications and skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.) preferred.

**Salary**:

- The salary range for this position is Rs 8,000 to Rs 15,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment:

- This is a full-time position based at our office at Palm Grove Road, Victoria Layout, Bangalore.
- Office Timing will be 09.30 AM to 06.00 PM Per day, 06 days per week.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
