IT Recruiter

**Position: IT Recruiter**

**Experience: 2 years+**

**Location: Goa (Onsite)**

**Shift: Night Shift - EST Time Zone**

**Timings: 6 pm to 3 am IST**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proficient in US recruitment terminology, including rate negotiation, submission, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
- Prior experience in W2 recruitment is mandatory for this role.
- Familiarity with H1B transfer processes and Green Card (GC) filing procedures is essential.
- Display a willingness to learn and grow within the dynamic field of IT staffing.

**Must-Have**:

- Proven experience in handling H1B transfer processes.
- Familiarity with GC filing processes.
- Previous exposure to a hybrid work environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
