Female Banking Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle account openings, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Provide accurate information about products such as savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
- Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, and ensure secure handling of transactions.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 50% and above marks is must.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office; banking software knowledge is a plus).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
