Engineering consultancy using proprietary artificial intelligence based software
Construction management software to manage processes, generate reports and analytics

This profile is for the construction management software division. We enable construction companies to capture consistent data, identify areas of improvement, share reports and collaborate across working teams - all from our powerful app.

We are looking for a Electrical design engineer to assist in client handling, project handling and delivery. You'll be part of the team that is building products for the Indian construction industry and improving construction standards across the nation.

Job Responsibilities:
Review plans and specifications according to the project
Handle client discussions - Coordinate with architects, engineers for the project
Supervise the preparation of plans, details, specifications and cost estimates of Electrical
Prepare Electrical designs & drawings
Prepare BOQs, load calculations & other electrical design reports.
Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects
Should have knowledge & worked on MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM softwares etc
Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required
Do client meetings & site visits
Need to travel for projects discussion & visits

Qualifications/Requirements:
Electrical University degree in Engineering
At least 4 years of construction experience with working knowledge of electrical
Past experience of working on international projects
- US, Middle east, Europe, Asia (apart from India)
Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, schematics - AutoCAD and BIM
Possess excellent communication skills to talk to clients
Should have knowledge of Green building norms and must have a done projects with Gold and Platinum Ratings in the past
Should have knowledge of National & International plumbing & fire codes
Willing to travel across cities to meet clients and supervise project sites
Should have done townships, IT parks, highrises & commercial complexes projects

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
