**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Media Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure high-quality media coverage for Antier Solutions.
- ** Press Releases & Articles**: Draft, proofread, and distribute press releases, articles, and other external communications, ensuring consistency with brand tone and messaging.
- ** Event Support**: Support the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and media outreach campaigns.
- ** Monitor Media Coverage**: Track and analyze media coverage and industry trends. Prepare reports on PR effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- ** Brand Visibility**: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the brand message is consistently communicated across all channels.
- ** Crisis Communication**: Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies during crises or reputational issues, under the guidance of senior PR team members.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Up to 1 year of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
- ** Writing Skills**: Strong written communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, engaging, and concise press releases, articles, and content.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs in all PR deliverables.
- ** Proactive Attitude**: Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning, research, and implementation of PR strategies.
- ** Social Media Understanding**: Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, with the ability to adapt PR strategies for digital channels.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, design, and leadership.

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with blockchain technology, Web3, or fintech sectors is a plus.
- Experience working with media or PR tools (e.g., Cision, PR Newswire) is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO and how it applies to PR content and press releases.
