**Role Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges. The role involves promoting our services, understanding college requirements, and ensuring our brand is well-represented in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build partnerships with colleges.
- Visit educational institutions to promote our programs, services, or products.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars for college management and students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college decision-makers.
- Gather feedback from colleges to improve offerings and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for college outreach and partnerships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and explain ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively to different colleges.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
