Workday Prism

We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Analytics Developer to join our team. The Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions within the Workday Prism platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, creating data models, and building dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. The individual in this role should have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Financial Management data structures and be proficient in using the Workday Prism Analytics toolset.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
- Develop Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Workday Prism Analytics.
- Integrate data from Workday HCM and Financial Management into Workday Prism Analytics.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using the Workday Prism Analytics tools.
- Implement calculated fields and custom metrics to meet specific reporting needs.
- Keep abreast of Workday updates and new features related to Prism Analytics.

Qualifications
- Experience with Workday implementation including Report Writer, Prism and People Analytics.
- Must have extensive experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Financial Management data structures.
- Expertise in Workday Advance reporting, matrix, and composite reporting
- Working experience with Data Integration, Data Quality and Data Architecture project life cycle, best practices.
- Must have strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
