- Assist with patient navigation, including pre
- and post-hospitalization support.
- Coordinate referrals and ensure timely transport and admission of patients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and NGOs.
- Collect field data and report on outreach activities to the management team.
- Support community health programs, medical camps, and awareness drives.
