**Location**: Pitampura, Delhi

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

**Education**: Min. Graduate

**Experience**: Min 2-3 Years of (B2B Prior Exp of Sales on Tele call)
**Industry**: Plastic Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to company-generated leads and industrial contacts.
- Introduce the company’s masterbatch products and capabilities effectively.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate for sending samples.
- Follow up with clients to ensure sample development and feedback.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team to close the lead.
- Work towards onboarding new customers and meeting monthly targets.
- Earn performance-based incentives for every client successfully onboarded.
- Must have **fluent spoken English** and good communication skills.
- Prior experience in **tele calling, inside sales, or industrial B2B calling** preferred.
- Knowledge or background in the **plastic industry** is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Data Management & Data feeding on any software.
