**About Role**:
This role focuses on designing and bringing ideas to life. Passionate about curating cool, and building the brand language with the art.
- Designing and communicating brand values via various forms of design and artwork.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Take charge of setting brand book and guidelines
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensuring the output aligns with expectations and company standards.
- Conducting quality checks on work before delivery.
- Using feedback to refine processes and enhance designs.
- To be thorough and to have an eye for detail.
- Understand the brand and curate merch products that resonates brands aesthetics
- Be responsible for moment marketing finds and curating smart creatives
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects

**About You**:

- A strong eye for visual composition and visual hygiene.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Can work under pressure and must be a team player.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Strong creative designing and visualizing skills to work on strategic pitches, brand campaign ideas, E-com, and social media.
- Experience and passion for creating exciting designs and compelling content for world's iconic brands.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
- Experience with both print and digital media.
- Ability to perform as an individual contributor in fast-paced and ever changing environments
- Self-starter with expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
- Time-management, and communication skills are must

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
