**Job Title**: Scholar Saathi

**Location**: Warangal / Jodhpur

**Reporting To**: Program Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
A Scholar Saathi will act as a mentor, guide, and facilitator, engaging with scholars and ensuring effective program implementation. The role also requires building strong relationships with reputed educational institutions and effectively communicating program goals to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:Scholar Engagement & Mentorship**:

- Develop strong relationships with scholars and provide personalized guidance and support.
- Facilitate sessions on learning strategies, use of resources, and personal growth.
- Maintain regular communication through wellness calls and follow-ups.
- Assist scholars in navigating challenges and encourage self-driven learning.

**Relationship Building with Educational Institutions**:

- Initiate and maintain professional relationships with reputed institutions to introduce and promote the program.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders such as faculty, administration, and institute leadership to explain program objectives and gather their support.
- Represent the program confidently during seminars, events, and institutional meetings.
- Serve as a point of contact between the institution and the program, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Provide updates and share insights with institutions about scholar progress and program outcomes.

**Program Implementation & Support**:

- Coordinate batch assignments and ensure timely scholar engagement.
- Monitor scholar progress and maintain accurate reports.
- Conduct field visits to scholar homes and communities to strengthen program reach.
- Organize sessions and presentations at learning centers, adapting to the needs of the group.

**Administrative & Reporting Tasks**:

- Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for preparing reports and presentations.
- Leverage basic AI tools for streamlining administrative work.
- Record testimonials and maintain program documentation for reporting purposes.

**Creative Activities**:

- Plan and execute activities such as indoor games, crafts, and other extracurricular engagements to enhance scholar participation.
- Create and implement innovative methods for scholar interaction and motivation.

**Basic Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline).
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Warangal: Proficient in Telugu
- Jodhpur: Proficient in Hindi/English.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic AI tools.
- Comfortable using online resources and basic computer tools.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate program details to diverse audiences.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in building institutional relationships.
- Confidence in public speaking and conducting professional meetings.
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions during interactions.
- Creativity in planning activities and engaging with scholars.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
