**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and target new business opportunities in the food industry, including restaurants, retail chains, food manufacturers, and wholesalers.
- **Account Management**: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, and use this data to inform sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings, including spice varieties, blends, and packaging options, to effectively sell and recommend solutions to clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead contract negotiations, close sales, and ensure that terms and conditions meet both the company’s and the client’s needs.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 0-10 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the food or spice industry, or a related field.
- **Education**: 12th / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related discipline (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the food industry, spice market trends, and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹12,000.60 - ₹40,000.00 per month
