Roles and responsibilities:
01: You would be Reporting directly to the ACD/CD Art. You would have a Copy Supervisor and Account Manager working with you at your parallel level, with whom you need to plan the brands work.
02: You would have minimum 5 brands to handle, with the respective designers and motion graphic artists.
03: You need to ensure planning and execution of work on all your brands - minimum 5 brands.
Which includes timely content calendar planning - Brainstorming
- referencing and Execution - Final closure. (with respective team members)
04: You would be expected to lead pitches from an ideation/brainstorming to execution.
05: You are expected to mentor/train and groom the team members by conducting various workshops seminars etc., So that the team is up to date with the latest trending designs and software’s, AI tools etc.
06: You are expected to proactively pitch for any interesting campaigns that we can deliver to existing clients, which would be over and above the monthly scope of work.
For e.g.: Any campaign ideas for Sale, launch etc./ Photo shoots/ Film ideas/ CGI etc.
Please note: We have an in-house studio set-up, in house camera man and in-house 3D artist.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Team Lead/Sr Art Director.
- Experience handling a team/juniors and multiple brands.
- AD agency experience is a must.
- Hands-on experience with design editing software, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After effects.

- Hands on experience with image and video generation using Ai tools (Midjourney Kling etc)
- Strong Art Direction skills. Ability to lead a campaign/Pitch etc.
- Blender, 3D software, Illustration, Doodling skills, is a bonus
