**Core Responsibilities**
- Attend daily briefings on daily assigned tasks
- Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
- Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to Supervisor
- Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately
- Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor on time
- Report unusual behaviour/activities in the guest room, floors/ public areas to Supervisor
- Perform additional duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of hotel job experience
- A warm, people-oriented demeanour
- A team-first attitude
- A gift for paying attention even to the minor details
