Execute mother baby nursing functions in the care of new mothers and their new-borns. Administer medications and intravenous fluids to mothers. Provide nursing care to new-born babies. Continuously monitor the health of new mothers and their babies. Instruct and counsel new mothers on baby care issues like breastfeeding and bathing. Care of patients (both mother and child) Maintaining a comfortable, safe and clean environment for mother and child. Helps mother with her hygiene. Inspection of the C-section incision (if applicable).Assessment of mother's pain, if any. Examine the emotional state of the mother identifying symptoms related to postpartum. Takes vital signs of mother and child. Measures mother and baby input/output. Monitors mother and child and reports adverse reactions to any treatments or medications being administered. Provides breastfeeding tips to moms. Educates mom about nipple management. Instruction to change diaper to mother baby weight.Keeps track of all feeds and diapers. Involve and educate family/significant others in implementing best practices for mother and child care.
Shift - Day/Night -12 hrs
Saty Duty - 24 hrs

- All must get at least 3000 - 4000 rs. with them to bear all expenses till they get their first salary...
Required Attention:
All should be able to read and write Hindi, English and knowledge of the local language as well..
