Injection Mouding

Job description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production plans
- Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required
- Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding machines and tools
- Troubleshoot moulding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
- Train junior operators when required

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Plastic Engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations
- Good understanding of various plastics (PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.) and moulding parameters
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹8,117.29 - ₹25,489.12 per month
