**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the center including administration, staffing, scheduling, and reporting
- Supervise academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth and efficient center functioning
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
- Drive admissions, meet enrolment targets, and maintain quality standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance performance
- Handle student and parent queries or grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain center infrastructure, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Generate and analyze operational reports to aid in decision-making
- Coordinate with the head office for audits, updates, and new initiatives
- Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
