**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Report Verification**:

- Review and verify daily financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve discrepancies or missing entries.
- Maintain updated records for daily cash flows, receipts, and payments.
- **Finalization of Accounts**:

- Assist in the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- **Internal Checks and Audit**:

- Conduct internal checks to ensure adherence to company policies and controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing timely data and insights.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- **Analyzing Implication of TDS and GST**:

- Review transactions for accurate TDS and GST applicability.
- Interpret TDS/GST laws and their practical impact on business transactions.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure proper tax deductions and compliance.
- **Preparation of Data for Monthly GST Filing**:

- Collate and prepare GST-related data for timely monthly filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts.
- Stay updated with changes in GST regulations and ensure accurate filing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in working with GST and TDS compliance in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of tax reconciliation, journal entries, and financial audits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
