**Caliz Tech **is looking to hire an Oakland Port Trucking Dispatcher/ Long Haul Dispatcher with experience.

**Dispatcher Position**:
**Compliance Officer Position**:

- Commitment to providing a safe work environment
- Keep abreast of Federal, State, and Municipal laws and regulations, collective bargaining agreements and Company work rules, regarding operations of trucking equipment
- Ensure D.O.T. compliance
- Implement cost-saving measures through working closely with drivers, dispatchers, and software
- Teach and train drivers new systems as necessary

**Physical and Mental Requirements**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

- Sit for prolonged periods
- Take calls after hours and on weekends ( Very Minimum )
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience:

- Dispatch: 1 year (preferred)
- You have strong verbal and written customer service communication skills.
- You are familiar with trucking terminology
- You have strong organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills
- You are familiar with Excel & Outlook and possess good computer skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Software/Excel/Word: 1 year (preferred)
- Logistics with a US company: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Shift availability:

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
