The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and analyze variances.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, including GAAP or IFRS, as applicable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks,), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
