**Roles and Responsibilities**

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Building relationships with key stake holders in the specific ecosystem, example Startups, ESG, etc.
- 2. Implementing strategies of acquiring relationships for their banking needs in the region
- 3. Ensure efficient delivery of service to the clients, in line with the promise, leading to liability accrual,
- providing digital solutions and generation of fee
- 4. Co-owning liability, asset, fee, etc targets along with the relevant teams for effective delivery
- 5. Contribute to client success by providing efficient banking solutions, advisory and enabling ecosystem
- 6. Collaborate with internal product partners to develop and execute on a market leading proposition that
- is relevant and applicable to the need of diverse ecosystems
- 7. Deeping the existing relationships of the bank under the program and introducing new such
- relationships to the bank
- 8. Engaging with the branch network and improving their understanding on the ecosystem
- 9. Leveraging the local networks of branches and building on new relationships with
- organizations/institutes at play in the ecosystem
- 10. Engage with organizations, associations, institutes, etc. on the ground level, and onboarding them as
