**Job Title: Driver Compliance
- Allocation Executive**

**Exp: Min 1 year Qualification: Graduation**

**Location: IT Park, Chandigarh**

The Company BJS Home Delivery is a young, independently owned, two-man home delivery business, ambitious to improve the quality of its services at every opportunity. Working with recognised online brands, we specialise in delivering bulky, high-value purchases such as furniture, electronics, beds, and white goods to homeowners, most of which are purchased via retailers’ websites.

The role is of allocating routes and vans to the drivers. It the allocation should be a perfect combination that complies with driver’s schedule, the route, and the company norms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring Delivery Teams’ previous day routes **- which would help with further allocation of next day routes.
- **Consider various factors like driver requests, driver location, the actual route **etc while allocating a route to the Delivery Team.
- **Ensuring that the Level of routes are considered while allocation the route**. Level of route is the **length of the route.**
- **Van allocation would also be part of the job**. So, factors like broken down vehicles in service etc should be considered while allocating a vehicle for a route.
- It should be perfect combination so as to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly. Job Requirements
- **Graduation is necessary.**
- **Previous experience into the same role would be preferred.**
- **Logistics experience is must.**
- **Good Communication skills.**
- **Analytical skills.**
- **Attention to detail.**

Shift Time: 03:30 pm to 12:30 am IST during winter and 02:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST during summer.

Days of work: During probation 6 days working. Post probation 5.5 Days **(alternate Sunday working)**

Holidays: Only UK Bank Holidays

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
