Upper Chambers, a premier international full-service law firm, is looking for a poised and dynamic **Front Office Executive (Female)** to be the first impression of its prestigious Kolkata office.

This is more than a reception role — it’s an opportunity to represent excellence, manage key front-end operations, and contribute to the firm’s growing digital presence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Graduate with fluent English **(English-medium or convent-educated is a must**)
- Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience in a professional setting
- **Hands-on experience in Social Media Management (SEO/SMM)** for at least 1 year
- **Residing within 5 km of Rabindra Sarovar Metro Station** or willing to relocate immediately
- **Age**: 21-30 years (**Unmarried**)
- **Height**: Minimum 154 cm
- Well-groomed, confident, and medically fit
- Positive attitude, polished communication, and a strong sense of discretion and teamwork

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary touchpoint for clients, advocates, and visitors
- Handle incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and front-desk coordination
- Maintain confidential records and assist with chamber operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support events, logistics, and meetings
- Manage and grow the firm’s digital presence through **social media channels** and assist with **basic SEO tasks**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
