Assistant Merchandiser

Job Duties:
- Creating seasonal displays and recommending new products based on customer preferences and trends.
- Facilitating meetings between buyers and suppliers in order to discuss new products or services.
- Preparing pricing strategies for retailers based on the latest competitor pricing data.
- Communicating with vendors about pricing changes, order fulfillment status, and other issues that may arise during the ordering process.
- Coordinating with design teams to ensure that products are presented in a way that is appealing to consumers.
- Managing inventory levels by placing orders for new items, returning old items, or discontinuing items that are not selling well.
- Reviewing sales data from previous seasons in order to develop ideas for new products or product improvements that can be marketed to customers.
- Directing warehouse workers on the proper storage of merchandise to prevent damage.
- Developing in-store marketing strategies that increase product awareness and drive sales.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
