**Description**:
The key role of the Coordinator is to coordinate and deliver the Programs.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Program Coordination**:
1. End-to-end coordination with resource organizations, individuals & stakeholders.

2. Collate regular updates on program progress, outcomes, and impact as per directed by the Program manager.

3. Manage program volunteers ,interns, and supervision to ensure program success and sustainability.

4. Field visits as per the program requirement.

5. Assist Program manager in comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

6. Do the required background research for various campaigns, events or elements under the program.

7. Develop and refine slide decks for presentations as per the program needs, as per Program Manager’s guidance.

8. Maintain Minutes of meetings for the program.

9. Coordinate with program’s stakeholders for events and ensure participation.

**Functional details**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**1. Education**:Graduation in any relevant field such as social work, non-profit management, public policy, or related field.

**2. Prior Experience**: Worked previously in the social service field preferred.

3. Undiluted passion for the development sector is required.

**Work - Experience**:
***Fresher or at most 1 year of experience of the social sector.

**Skills**:Ability to execute tasks independently.

**Language** **Basic proficiency in reading & writing**:English, Hindi, and Marathi.
