**What qualities are we looking for?**
- Excellent Articulation and Communication skills
- Authentic & genuine interest in products and categories that you specialize in and speak on those topics with authority.
- Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic and empathetic towards your viewers/ followers.
- Discipline to show up for training meetings, studying the product, rehearse and deliver as per the Brand’s Language.
- Understand detailed nuances of the product through research.
- Receptive to training, grooming advice and feedback from the Creative Team.
- Brainstorm on ideas with the Brand and Creative Team and voice any inputs/ concerns that you might have.
- Research and stay up to date on the Live Commerce industry trends
- Stay abreast with all the latest trends in the Social Media world
- Deeply understand the target customer, their concerns & their requirements.
- Intelligence & ability to convey valid information & generate pre-decided outcomes.
- Create excitement in the Influencer community and make the ‘Abby Experts Club’ aspirational for Influencers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Arts/ Journalism/ Media/ Psychology/ Social Sciences or preferably any other similar fields.
- Preferably based out of Mumbai, Bangalore or Delhi
