To maintain records of all incoming Raw and Packaging material entry in SAP software related to Electronic and TT related Equipments.

To Maintain related stock at main store in absence of head of the Department.

Received Material Inspection/Verification.

To ensure of keeping records of all Materials.

Keeping records of Quality Control reports.

Maintaining records of rejection and disposal of such Material.

Making Receipt cum Physical verification notes & Bin cards.

Maintain cleaning record on daily basis.

Other miscellaneous data entry work on computer.

To ensure the housekeeping of Warehouse Department and 5S.

To maintain the stock register of all Raw and Packaging materials.

To verify the bills and send to purchase/account departments.

To ensure the issuance of miscellaneous items.

To maintain record of temperature, humidity and differential pressure of warehouse area.

To ensure receipt and storage of material as per requirement of storage condition.

To ensure dispensing of raw and packaging material based on FIFO & FEFO.

To update the daily monitoring /verification of documentation.

To coordinate with QC & production department on daily basis activities.

To prepare the monthly statement and physical verification of all materials.

To ensure the availability of daily use of miscellaneous items required in warehouse.

To prepare Standard Operating Procedure of warehouse department.

To fill the BMRs of dispensing activities.

Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager/Seniors.

Functional Reporting shall be as per Departmental organogram.

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Must have knowledge of handling Electronic Raw & Packaging Material

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electronic Raw & Packaging Material: 3 years (required)
