This role is ideal for someone with **prior IELTS teaching experience** and is willing to develop **content, engage with prospective students, and contribute to the success of All About IELTS.**

**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:
**1. Training, Assisting & Gradual Teaching Onboarding**
- Undergo a structured **training program** before taking live classes.
- Assist senior IELTS trainers in **lesson planning, live sessions, and content development.**:

- Conduct **practice sessions, Q&A rounds, and student doubt resolution.**:

- Once proficient, take responsibility for **direct IELTS coaching.**

**2. Content Creation & Promotional Videos**
- Develop **scripts and concepts for educational and promotional content** (IELTS topics, tips & strategies).
- Create and shoot **6 high-quality promotional videos per week.**:

- Collaborate with the **editing team** to enhance video quality.
- Ensure that all content aligns with **brand guidelines and marketing strategies.**:

- Stay updated with the latest **IELTS exam trends** and create engaging learning material.

**3. Demo Sessions & Lead Conversion**
- Conduct **live demo sessions** for potential students and convince them to enroll.
- Promote the **All About IELTS mobile app**, persuading leads to **download and explore course features.**:

- Convert **demo leads into paying students** by explaining the **course benefits, pricing, and features.**:

- Track **app downloads, student enrollments, and sales metrics**, providing improvement suggestions.

**4. Student Support & Relationship Building**
- Assist students with **queries related to the IELTS course and exam strategies.**:

- Maintain **regular follow-ups** with students to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze **student feedback** for service improvements.
- Foster a **positive and motivating learning environment** for students.

**Key Performance Areas (KPA)**
- **Demo to Enrollment Conversion Rate** (Target: 50% or above)
- **Number of App Downloads from Leads** (Weekly/Monthly Target)
- **Quality & Consistency of Promotional Content** (6 Videos per week)
- **Engagement & Support Provided to Students** (Feedback-based evaluation)
- **Successful Completion of Training & Readiness for Direct Teaching**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
