Nursing Superintendent

Responsible for Nursing Care Experience of the patient admitted in the respective floors

and wards.

Responsible to ensure the maintenance of crash cart in coordination with the clinical

pharmacologist

Responsible to supervise handing & taking over processes in the floor.

Responsible for prepare the duty rosters.

Responsible to ensure care delivery is appropriate to patient needs and general

conditions; giving importance to meeting hygienic needs, timely administration of

medication, measures to prevent infections.

Responsible to ensure that the investigation reports of the patients are collected on time,

the status of intake and output, diet tolerance of patients are periodically monitored and

documented.

Shall be a part of the Medical Emergency Team when on long call.

Responsible to supervise nurses while doing procedures.

Responsible to ensure that the nursing plan is properly documented by the nurses.

Responsible to Impart on the job training to nurses as and when required.

And any other jobs assigned by the supervisors as per exigencies of work.
