We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility is to input and manage accurate data into our systems and maintain the integrity of the information. You will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and retrieving data, ensuring its quality and completeness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting accurate and timely data into relevant databases or systems.
- Reviewing and verifying data for errors, discrepancies, and inaccuracies.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Updating and maintaining data across various systems and ensuring records are current.
- Assisting in data cleaning and processing tasks.
- Generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with data entry guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
- Assisting in data backups and recovery processes when necessary

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or administrative assistance will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum typing speed of [insert desired speed] WPM).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
