Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Biology to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII) following the CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams (like NEET), and internal assessments.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative instructional strategies.
- Evaluate and monitor students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Encourage student participation in science fairs, Olympiads, and other academic events.
- Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, staff development programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Stay updated with recent developments in the field of biology and pedagogy.

Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Biology / Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.

- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and digital learning platforms.
- Experience in integrating lab work and fieldwork into curriculum is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
