**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Collection & Entry

a. Collect daily operational data from Store, Production, Sales, Dispatch, and Inventory departments.

b. Enter milk procurement, production volumes, and dispatch information into MIS systems or spreadsheets.

2. Report Generation

a. Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports such as:
i. Milk Procurement Summary

ii. Product-wise Production & Sales Reports

iii. Inventory Reports (Milk, Ghee, Butter, Packaging)

b. Assist in preparing reports for audits, management reviews, and compliance.

3. Coordination

a. Coordinate with different departments to collect accurate and timely data.

b. Follow up on data discrepancies and ensure corrections are made.

4. Data Accuracy & Validation

a. Validate entered data for consistency and completeness.

b. Assist in reconciling physical vs. system of stock differences.

5. System Support & Documentation

a. Update ERP or Excel-based systems with current data.

b. Maintain data backup, version control, and organized file systems.

6. Support to Management

a. Assist the senior MIS or plant management team in preparing dashboards, summaries, and data for meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
