**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, test, and repair **electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures** in ships and marine environments.
- Lay out and connect electrical cables, circuits, control panels, and switchboards according to ship plans and diagrams.
- Inspect electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with **marine safety standards**.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades during the shipbuilding process.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working order.
- Ensure adherence to **health and safety regulations**, including proper use of PPE.
- Read and interpret **blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams**.
- Install and commission shipboard systems such as **navigation lights, power distribution, communication systems**, and **alarm systems**.
- Carry out planned maintenance and emergency repairs on vessels in dry dock or at sea.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician in **shipbuilding, marine, or offshore industry**.
- Knowledge of **marine electrical codes and standards** (e.g., IEC, ABS, DNV, IMO).
- Ability to work from technical manuals and blueprints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
