A fashion designer with 1 to 2 years of experience in designing blouses and sarees is expected to have a strong understanding of the principles of fashion design and the latest trends in the industry. Their primary responsibility would be to create unique and appealing designs for blouses and sarees that cater to the target market.

In addition to designing, the fashion designer would also need to have a good understanding of the market and consumer preferences. This would involve researching and analyzing the latest fashion trends, understanding the needs and tastes of the target audience, and keeping up to date with the latest market developments.

Other responsibilities of a fashion designer may include creating sketches, selecting fabrics and materials, creating patterns and prototypes, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring that designs are produced according to specifications.

He / She should be creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to adapt to changing trends and market demands.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
