- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**: Actively engaging in sales activities by persuading potential customers to purchase products or services, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Having a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- **Maintaining Records**: Recording details of all interactions with customers or clients in a CRM system or database, including inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions.
- **Following Scripts**: Adhering to scripts or call guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication and to convey key messages effectively.
