**Job Title - Associate
- Financial Planning & Analysis**

**Key Skill Sets / Education -**
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts/Finance.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Financial planning & Analysis (preferred).
- Expert Knowledge in Excel and related tools.
- Experience with forecasting & financial Projections (preferred)
- Strong Knowledge of MIS templates & deployment.
- Language proficiency - reading & writing in English.

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, including

budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to

produce accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, working

closely with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide explanations for any variances,

helping to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of various financial

scenarios and strategic decisions.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by

senior analysts or management.
- Communication: Clearly communicate financial insights and analysis to team members and

stakeholders, both orally and in written reports.

**Other Details -**
- This position is based out of Besant Nagar, Chennai.
- Work from Home is possible, based on Approval, not in the Probation Period
- Work Timings are 10am to 7pm, with flexibility provided after the Probation Period.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
