As part of continued growth,they are now looking for experienced **AAT Tutors** to deliver AAT qualifications at Level 2, 3, and 4. If you're an inspiring educator who is committed to helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

**Role Overview**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging online sessions across AAT Levels 2, 3, and/or 4
- Facilitate live classes, tutorials, or 1-to-1 support using virtual platforms
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on learner work
- Track and monitor learner progress, engagement, and achievement
- Support and motivate learners throughout their qualification journey
- Liaise with Programme Managers and curriculum leads to ensure quality delivery
- Attend occasional team or standardisation meetings

**Essential Criteria**:

- AAT qualified to Level 4 or equivalent/Qualified Accountant (to a L7 standard or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching or tutoring in accountancy or AAT
- Confident with online delivery tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Moodle, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and reliable
- Able to work independently and support learners remotely
