We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure they are converted into successful sales or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- *Education*: Minimum Graduation (Any discipline).
- *Experience*: Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling or customer service will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems will be advantageous.
