Bartender

**Job Summary**:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The role requires strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Greet guests at the bar and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and equipment.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system accurately.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Create new cocktails and promote signature or seasonal drinks.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor guest behavior and manage alcohol consumption responsibly.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- High level of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, local licensing) is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
