We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to contribute to generating sales or handling customer support through direct telephone calls. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers, solving their queries, and maintaining good relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Maintain a database of customer information and follow up with leads.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in [English/Hindi/Local Language as required].
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
