**JOB DESCRIPTION- Real-Me Regional** **Voice**(Kannada)

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understanding of Inbound Call Handling.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

**Requirements**:

- Average English Communication will required.
- Should be Fluent with the particular Language applying.
- Required Immediate Joiners only.
- Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)

**WORK CULTURE-**
- 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
- Day shift (9-9) any 9 hours shift
- Languages - Kannada/Telegu
