**Responsibilities**:

- Assure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to monitor truck maintenance schedules, and repairs.
- Maintain repair and maintenance records.
- Ability to learn all equipment and modes of trucking: flatbed, Conestoga, reefer, oversized, cross border, intermodal, etc.
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Good understanding of invoices uploading.
- Good understanding of accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to monitor truck maintenance schedules, and repairs.
- Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively and efficiently with a sense of urgency
- Must work effectively in an office and team-oriented environment
- 1+ year previous service associate experience and must have knowledge of the trucking industry.
- An accounting background would be added advantage.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Contract

**Work Location**: Work from Office located at Chandigarh IT Park

**Shift Timings**: Night shifts

**Salary**: Upto ₹40,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
