- **Attendance Management**: Oversee attendance and duties of office Boys.
- **Administrative**: Maintaining records and files, organizing catering, and receiving and sorting office routine work, Communicate with vendors and building management.
- **Supply Management**: Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- **New Joiner Setup**: Arrange seating and provide welcome kits.
- **Event Coordination**: Office Decoration, Order snacks and cakes for celebrations.
- **Event Documentation**: Capture photos and videos during office events.

**Skills required -**
