**This position reports to**:
IT Service Management Independent Expert
**Your responsibilities**:
- Establish a strong relationship with Service stakeholders and act as IS focal point for all topics related to the given area globally
- Coordinate the planning and consumption of the service budget
- Manage delivery of the projects activities allocated to the FSL Service team, according to the agreed timelines, budget and quality
- Support, contribute and ensure that project activity within given area are executed according to the best standards and Salesforce Practice
- Ensure that ongoing service delivery and support organization which is 3rd party provider meet the agreed business requirements and SLAs
- Be part of the EL Salesforce Practice department leadership team and supporting strategic goals of that department
**Your background**:
- 3+ years of experience on IS service management
- 7+ years of experience, working in IS organization with focus on Service or Marketing & Sales area
- Ability to take end-to-end service accountability for complex Field Service solution, independently from where the underpinning technology components, operation support processes or professional capabilities reside
- Deep understanding of the overall context of Field Service processes and connected technologies,
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills ; experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and consulting companies, including offshore model
- Experience in project set-up, contract management (e.g. SoW), business case preparation, experience in handling budget preparation and forecasting
- Demonstrate project leadership skills, ability to influence others to achieve objectives
- Nice to have: Salesforce or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience
- Fluent English
