**Site Review & Presentation**:
- **
l First level site review. It includes data validation like rent, nearby ATM Txn, market level rent etc.
l Relocation Project, OKI recycler Project, New Deployment project.
l Review with sourcing Head for final approval.
l Managing Bank approval.
l Approved sites LOI, site possession.
l Initiating ATM deployment to project.
l **Lease renewal : -**
l Every three month preparation of lease expired data of Axis/AGS lease data
l Reviewing txn and up time & down time and current rent.
l Publishing with sourcing team for new rental confirmation.
l Review with management for approval on lease renewal.
l Bank coordination for Bank lease sites which are non-viable for considering under BLO model.
l **Relocation & site vacation of Closure approved sites : -**
l Closure approval from bank for loss making and force major closure sites.
l Site mapping of Old to New.
l Issuance of termination letter to land lord.
l Follow up for site vacation.
l FNF & settlement with land lord.
l Ensuring hand over take over formalities with land lord.
l Weekly basis vacation tracker to Bank.
l **Recovery of Security Deposit : -**
l Two types of Deposit recovery. First one is bank to AGS lease migration sites where in Bank has deducted S.D from LL.
l Deposit recovery for vacated sites.
l Issuance of legal notice to land lord regarding the deposit recovery.
l Deposit carry forward for Bank lease sites.
l **Maintaining & Updation of Tracker**:
- l Axis Bank IAD 1 relocation tracker.
l Axis Bank IAD 2 New Deployment Tracker.
l Axis Bank IAD 3 Relocation tracker.
l Axis bank OKI recycler tracker.
l Site vacation tracker.
l Deposit recovery tracker.
l Axis Bank Audit tracker.
l Lease termination tracker.
l Lease expired sites tracker.
l **Daily Operation: -**
l Managing rent related queries.
l Managing daily issues related to services like EB pavement, Care taker issue, vacation issues, FNF issues, lease renewal, lease termination etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
